To apply for a Home Loan, you need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Age: 21 to 60 years (Salaried) /25 to 65 years (Self-Employed)
  2. Employment Status: Salaried individuals (Cash Salaried,NRI Salaried, or self-employed professionals
  3. Income Stability: Banking Based, Accessed IncomeĀ  Non income Proof, ITR Based , Non ITRĀ  income or business stability,rental Income, Agri incomeĀ 
  4. Credit Score: Minimum 650+
  5. Loan Amount: Based on property value and applicant’s income profile
  6. Property– MC, NON M.C, GRAM PANCHAYAT , LAL DORA MC , G+2, PLOT PURCHASE, PLOT CONSTRUCTIONĀ 
  7. All HL products like – construction loan / Extension loan / Renovation loan is available.


Required Documents

For Salaried Individuals:

  1. Photo/Selfie
  2. PAN Card
  3. Aadhar Card
  4. 3 Months Salary Slips
  5. 6 Months Bank Statement
  6. Property Title Docs Registry , deed , we require only below documents :-

    Ā 1) Route map done by valuer/ MC approved architects (Duly attested by Sarpanch)

    2) Moka Patwari report

    3)Affidavit cum Indemnity

    Ā Note : 1) Property tax not required since Gram Panchayat Property

    *2) NOC / Regularization receipt not required *

  7. Copies of all the property documents of the concerned property to be pledged for the loan.

For Self-Employed Individuals:

  1. Photo/Selfie
  2. PAN Card
  3. Aadhar Card
  4. 3 Years Business Proof & Financials (ITR, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss)
  5. 1 Year Bank Statement (Current Account, Savings Account, or CC/OD)
  6. Property Title Docs Registry , deed , we require only below documents :-
