For Salaried Individuals:

    Copies of all the property documents of the concerned property to be pledged for the loan

  7. we require only below documents :- 1) Route map done by valuer/ MC approved architects (Duly attested by Sarpanch)2) Moka Patwari report3)Affidavit cum Indemnity

    Note : 1) Property tax not required since Gram Panchayat Property

    *2) NOC / Regularization receipt not required *

For Self-Employed Individuals:

  1. Photo/Selfie
  2. PAN Card
  3. Aadhar Card
  4. 3 Years Business Proof & Financials (ITR, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss)
  5. 1 Year Bank Statement (Current Account, Savings Account, or CC/OD)
  6. Property Documents -Registered Title Deed,

    Copies of all the property documents of the concerned property to be pledged for the loan,
